Refund Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026Pitch is made and operated by TKN Studio. Orders on find-your-campsite.agistri.app are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record.
- Before launch: cancel at any time for a full refund, for any reason.
- Renewals: subscriptions renew until you cancel; cancel anytime at paddle.net and you won't be billed again.
- If Pitch does not launch, every pre-order is refunded in full automatically — you don't need to ask.
- After launch: ask within 14 days of your access starting for a full refund.
- How to ask: email tknappstudio@gmail.com from the address you ordered with, or find your order at paddle.net. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
In-app purchases
Purchases made later inside the iPhone app are billed by Apple; request those refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
